Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to the Fast Track Legal website and to services accepted by Cam Montrose, LLC doing business as Fast Track Legal. Certain investigative and skip-tracing services may be performed by our affiliated company, Infotrack Investigations, LLC dba PI Verify, an Arizona-licensed private investigation agency.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service as they apply to website use. A service relationship is created only when an assignment is accepted as described below.
1. Website Information
This website provides general information about Fast Track Legal and its services. Website content is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.
Fast Track Legal is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice, select documents for a customer, calculate legal deadlines, or advise a customer about legal rights or procedures.
2. Contacting Us Does Not Create an Assignment
Sending an email, completing a contact form, submitting documents, requesting a quote, or otherwise contacting Fast Track Legal does not:
- Create a client or service relationship.
- Constitute acceptance of an assignment.
- Guarantee that Fast Track Legal will perform the requested work.
- Guarantee a response.
- Create responsibility for a deadline or other obligation.
Fast Track Legal may accept or decline any prospective client or assignment.
Do not rely on Fast Track Legal to meet a deadline unless the assignment has been accepted as described in these Terms or under a separate written agreement.
3. Acceptance of Assignments
Self-Represented and Non-Account Customers
An assignment from a self-represented person, also known as a pro per customer, or another customer without an established Fast Track Legal account is accepted only after:
- Fast Track Legal agrees to perform the requested service.
- Fast Track Legal receives the required documents and information.
- Fast Track Legal receives the required advance payment.
Receiving documents, information, or payment does not require Fast Track Legal to accept an unlawful, improper, unsafe, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable assignment.
If Fast Track Legal declines an assignment before the documents have been broken out and assigned, dispatched, or sent to a process server, any eligible refund will be handled under Section 7.
Existing Clients
Existing clients may submit assignments through an authorized WinServe portal account or another submission method approved by Fast Track Legal.
An assignment submitted through the portal is accepted subject to review. Fast Track Legal may reject the assignment or place it on hold when necessary, including when:
- Documents are missing, incomplete, illegible, or incorrect.
- An address, deadline, service instruction, or other necessary information is missing or unclear.
- The requested service is outside the available service area.
- There is insufficient time to reasonably complete the assignment.
- The assignment presents a legal, ethical, safety, conflict, staffing, or operational concern.
- The client’s account is past due or otherwise not in good standing.
Fast Track Legal is not responsible for delay while an assignment is on hold awaiting documents, information, payment, approval, or instructions.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client or customer is responsible for providing:
- Complete and accurate documents.
- Correct names and addresses.
- Clear service, filing, and delivery instructions.
- Applicable deadlines, hearing dates, and expiration dates.
- Sufficient time to perform the requested work.
- Prompt responses to requests for clarification.
- Payment under the applicable rate sheet, quote, or agreement.
Fast Track Legal does not independently determine:
- Whether documents are legally sufficient.
- Whether service is required.
- Which person or entity should be served.
- Which documents should be filed or served.
- When a legal deadline expires.
- Whether a requested method of service is legally proper.
The client remains responsible for all legal decisions and instructions.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Fast Track Legal will make reasonable efforts to perform accepted assignments but does not guarantee:
- Successful service of process.
- That a person, address, employer, asset, or other subject will be located.
- Completion by a particular date unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Acceptance of a filing by a court or government office.
- The accuracy or current status of third-party, database, or public-record information.
- A particular legal, financial, or case outcome.
Service attempts, research, filings, and related work may be affected by inaccurate information, unavailable persons, restricted access, court procedures, government closures, safety concerns, weather, travel conditions, staffing availability, and other circumstances outside our control.
6. Fees and Rate Sheets
Fees are based on the rate sheet, written quote, or contract applicable to the customer, client, and assignment.
Fast Track Legal maintains separate rates for:
- Self-represented, pro per, and other non-account customers.
- Low-volume clients.
- Standard clients.
- Clients with separately negotiated high-volume, government, or contract pricing.
Self-represented and non-account customers are required to pay in advance.
Established clients are billed according to their approved account terms, applicable rate sheet, written quote, or contract.
General and non-negotiated rates may be changed, generally as part of a periodic or annual review. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the rate in effect when an assignment is accepted applies to that assignment.
Additional charges may apply for services such as:
- Rush or expedited handling.
- Service attempts beyond those included in the applicable rate sheet, quote, or agreement.
- Printing or document preparation beyond any included allowance.
- Skip tracing or investigative work.
- Court, filing, witness, recording, or government fees.
- Mileage, travel, waiting time, or special access requirements.
- Courier, delivery, or other separately requested work.
A separate contract, written quote, approved rate sheet, government agreement, or client-specific pricing arrangement controls if it differs from these general terms.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
An assignment may be cancelled by contacting Fast Track Legal.
Established Clients
If the documents have already been broken out and assigned, dispatched, or sent to a process server, the full service charge remains due because Fast Track Legal remains responsible for paying the assigned contractor.
If the documents have not been broken out and assigned, dispatched, or sent to a process server, the client is responsible only for work and costs already incurred, including:
- Printing.
- Skip tracing.
- Research.
- Filing fees.
- Courier or delivery work.
- Other separately billable actions already performed.
A separate rate sheet, quote, or written agreement may provide different cancellation terms and will control for that client or assignment.
Self-Represented and Non-Account Customers
A prepaid assignment is eligible for a refund only if the documents have not yet been broken out and assigned, dispatched, or sent to a process server.
Any refund will be reduced by:
- Payment processing charges or other nonrefundable service charges.
- Skip-tracing, research, filing, courier, delivery, or other charges already incurred.
- Actual printing performed before cancellation, billed at $0.25 per page, unless the customer physically delivered the printed documents to Fast Track Legal.
Any complimentary printing allowance shown on an applicable rate sheet applies to an assignment that proceeds normally. It does not prevent Fast Track Legal from deducting actual printing costs from a refund when an assignment is cancelled after printing has occurred.
Once the documents have been broken out and assigned, dispatched, or sent to a process server, the service fee is nonrefundable.
Fees already paid to courts, government offices, vendors, contractors, or other third parties are nonrefundable.
8. Payment Responsibility
The person or organization that submits or authorizes an assignment is responsible for payment unless Fast Track Legal agrees otherwise in writing.
A client may direct that an invoice be sent to a third party, but this does not release the original client from responsibility for payment unless Fast Track Legal expressly agrees in writing.
Fast Track Legal may:
- Require advance payment.
- Restrict or withdraw credit terms.
- Suspend portal access.
- Place assignments on hold.
- Decline additional work.
These actions may be taken when an account is past due, incomplete, disputed, or otherwise not in good standing.
9. Skip Tracing and Investigative Services
Skip tracing, background research, location research, employment research, asset research, and other regulated investigative services may be performed by Infotrack Investigations, LLC dba PI Verify, an affiliated Arizona-licensed private investigation agency.
By requesting investigative services, the client authorizes Fast Track Legal to refer, coordinate, or transfer the investigative portion of the assignment to Infotrack Investigations, LLC dba PI Verify when appropriate.
Investigative information may come from public records, databases, clients, vendors, and other lawful sources. Such information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and is not guaranteed.
Investigative information may be used only for a lawful purpose.
10. Client Accounts and Portal Access
Portal accounts are available only to approved clients. Login credentials are issued by Fast Track Legal and must be kept confidential.
The client is responsible for:
- Activity conducted through its account.
- Adding and maintaining its authorized users.
- Removing access when a user is no longer authorized.
- Protecting usernames, passwords, and other login information.
- Promptly notifying Fast Track Legal of suspected unauthorized access.
- Ensuring that its users submit only lawful and authorized assignments.
Fast Track Legal may suspend or terminate portal access when necessary to protect client information, company systems, or business operations.
11. Electronic Communications
Clients authorize Fast Track Legal to communicate electronically concerning assignments, invoices, account administration, and related business matters.
Electronic communications may include:
- Email.
- Portal notices.
- Electronic invoices.
- Electronic documents.
- Status updates.
- Requests for clarification.
The client is responsible for maintaining current contact information and monitoring the email addresses and portal accounts it provides.
12. Privacy
Personal, client, and case-related information is handled according to the Fast Track Legal Privacy and Personal Information Policy.
Clients and customers should provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested assignment.
Sensitive information should not be sent through an unsecured method when Fast Track Legal has provided a more secure submission method.
13. Prospective Process-Server and Training Areas
Any application, checklist, educational material, or training information available through the website is for general informational or internal training purposes.
Access to a prospective-server or training area does not:
- Create employment.
- Create independent-contractor status.
- Guarantee assignments.
- Guarantee certification.
- Guarantee that Fast Track Legal will enter into a contract with the user.
- Replace court rules, statutes, official training, or certification requirements.
Additional terms may apply to restricted training, employee, or contractor areas.
14. Acceptable Website Use
Users may not use the website, contact forms, portal, or company systems to:
- Submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or misleading requests.
- Obtain information for harassment, stalking, discrimination, identity theft, or another unlawful purpose.
- Attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, document, or information.
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with website operations.
- Misrepresent their identity or authority.
- Copy, distribute, or misuse company content, forms, branding, or training materials.
Fast Track Legal may restrict access or decline services when misuse is suspected.
15. Separate Agreements Control
A signed contract, government contract, purchase order, written proposal, approved rate sheet, client-account agreement, client-specific pricing arrangement, or other separately accepted written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms of Service.
Nothing on this website changes the terms of an existing client, government, or contract agreement.
16. Changes to These Terms
Fast Track Legal may revise these Terms of Service as its services, rates, procedures, or legal obligations change.
Revised terms apply to website use after publication.
Changes do not retroactively alter an assignment that was already accepted or a separate written agreement unless the parties agree otherwise.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, except when a separate written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
