Privacy and Personal Information Policy

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

This policy applies to Cam Montrose, LLC doing business as Fast Track Legal, Infotrack Investigations, LLC dba PI Verify, and their employees, independent contractors, and authorized representatives.

1. Information We Handle

In providing process serving, court filing, skip tracing, investigative support, notary, and related legal-support services, we may receive or maintain:

  • Names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and dates of birth.
  • Court documents, case information, photographs, service-attempt information, and location information.
  • Public-record and database research results.
  • Client, employee, contractor, billing, and payment information.
  • Other information reasonably necessary to complete an authorized assignment.

We collect and use personal information only for legitimate business purposes, client assignments, legal obligations, billing, employment, contractor administration, and protection of company operations.

2. Use and Disclosure

Personal information may be used or disclosed only:

  • To perform an authorized assignment.
  • To communicate with a client, court, contractor, employee, or other authorized person.
  • When required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental authority.
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of the company or others.
  • To service providers that require the information to perform authorized business functions.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Access and Security

Access to personal information is limited to individuals who need it to perform assigned duties.

Employees and contractors are expected to:

  • Use company-authorized systems and accounts when available.
  • Keep passwords confidential.
  • Lock unattended computers and mobile devices.
  • Avoid sending case information to unauthorized persons.
  • Keep paper files and service documents secure and out of public view.
  • Avoid discussing assignments where unauthorized persons may overhear.
  • Immediately report lost documents, devices, emails sent to the wrong person, unauthorized access, or other suspected privacy incidents.

Personal information should not be retained on a personal device longer than necessary to complete the assignment and submit the required information to the company.

4. Field Contractor Requirements

Independent contractors may use personal information only to complete assignments issued by Fast Track Legal or PI Verify.

Contractors must not:

  • Use case information for personal purposes.
  • Share information with family members, friends, other clients, or unauthorized persons.
  • Post documents, photographs, addresses, or assignment information on social media.
  • Leave documents visible in an unattended vehicle.
  • Retain unnecessary copies after the assignment has been completed and accepted.

Paper containing personal information must be returned to the company or destroyed so the information cannot reasonably be read or reconstructed. Electronic copies must be deleted when no longer required.

5. Retention and Disposal

Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, contractual, insurance, court, accounting, or legal purposes.

When records are no longer required:

  • Paper records must be shredded or otherwise securely destroyed.
  • Electronic records must be deleted from the device or account where they are stored.
  • Company equipment must be cleared of business information before disposal or reassignment.

6. Privacy Incidents

Any employee or contractor who becomes aware of a possible loss, disclosure, misuse, or unauthorized access involving personal information must immediately notify the company.

The company will investigate the incident, take reasonable steps to limit further disclosure, preserve relevant information, notify affected clients or individuals when required, and comply with applicable reporting obligations.

Employees and contractors must not independently contact affected persons, clients, law enforcement, the media, or regulatory agencies unless authorized by company management.

The identity of the individual serving as Privacy Coordinator is maintained in the company’s internal records.

8. Policy Compliance

Employees and contractors are expected to follow this policy as a condition of access to company, client, and assignment information.

Violations may result in removal of access, termination of employment or assignments, and other appropriate action.

The company may revise this policy as its operations, contractual requirements, or legal obligations change.
