Summons and Complaint - Phoenix Area
$150
Standard service covers one case at one address in Maricopa County. We will make up to four attempts, with the first attempt made within three business days after we receive the complete documents and payment.
Serving Outside the Phoenix Area?
Pinal County: $175 for standard service of a summons and complaint.
Tucson and Pima County: $200 for standard service of a summons and complaint.
Other Arizona locations: Contact us for a quote. Remote-area service starts at $200.
Need a Faster First Attempt?
Next-day rush service is available for an additional $100. Same-day or emergency service in the Phoenix metro area starts at $225 when available.
Other Types of Service
